My conjunctivitis was viral, not bacterial, as she diagnosed. Used the antibiotic eye drops which only made my eyes irritated. I stopped them on my own. She charges for follow ups when the other Walmart does not. I recommend going to an opthamologist at an established eye center. Scheduling is difficult. Receptionist will interrupt you and not listen to your concerns when calling. Learned my lesson, Walmart is for shopping, not for eye exams.
