His staff is always accommodating, warm and friendly, easy to make an appointment. Dr. Swift is extremely knowledgeable in the workings of the back. He takes the time to get to know you and the problems you are having. One way is upon your first visit he will have you fill out a questionnaire with questions regarding your pain. I have been seeing Dr. Smith for many years now and I am 78. In my lifetime I have had quite a few chiropractors, due to arthritis and a bad back and without a doubt I can put Dr. Swift at the top of that list. He is also very knowledgeable about other areas of the body, as I complained about my shoulder pain he had his receptionist Laura call my orthopedic doctor and make an appointment for me where I was informed that I need a total shoulder replacement. If you have Dr. Swift as your chiropractor, you have without a doubt one of the very best.

I left my 'assessment' visit with Jeff Swift and felt drained, angry, and frustrated. Although I had made it very clear when making the appointment that I was scheduled for hip replacement, he seemed surprised at that fact. I liked his introduction as "Jeff", but after that point, it was downhill. He definitely did not like my wanting to tell the chronology of my pain, since control definitely needed to be in his ball park. When he asked me why I used a cane, it seemed that no answer would satisfy; therefore, I must be wrong to be doing so. The complete irony is that in the end, he said my problem was not due to back issues, but were truly arthritic hips, when I had said at the outset that I thought my issues had been hip related for years. His listening skills were as bad as his verbal interactions.

Dr swift has been my Dr for quite a few years now, He has my trust. He has helped me many times!
