Dr.Ropar did a great job and staff as well I would recommend them to anyone

Dr Roper - since Amber left your office except for Megan your staff is terrible. I was given glass’ with no lenses, your office is closed on Fridays - my day off. My glass’ were sent back even though glass’ were completely paid for!!! Highly disappointed with staff, service and office manager. Waited to be told my glass’ I paid for were sent back! Without a phone call or mailing glass’ to my home. I spent over $500. I waited 20 minutes to talk to office manager. I want my money back and an apology.

Dr. Ropar is an excellent OD. I was extremely pleased with his work. He always gets my corrective lenses spot on. HOWEVER, he has an employee who actually orders the lenses. This person is HIGHLY incompetent. EVERY time I've needed new lenses the wrong ones are ordered. It's very inconvenient to be without my glasses for up to two weeks at a time! This is not an exaggeration. It has also happened to my wife every time she's needed new lenses. As much as I like Dr. Ropar and his work, we will not go back due to the office staff. If this person is replaced and someone competent is hired, I will return.
