Dr. Jeffrey Morgan, AUD

My visit was on November 22. The visit happened as scheduled and was a pleasant experience. I now have my new hearing aides and they have really improved my hearing. All my questions were were answered completely and courteously. Dr. Morgan told me to let him know right away if any changes or adjustments to my hearing aides needed to be made in the future. I have no complaints about Dr. Morgan and his staff. I have only compliments about them. He has been my Audiologist for about six years.

Dr. Morgan refused today to talk to my 89-year old mother for 5 minutes. She needs the volume on one hearing device adjusted. He told her previously she would need to buy a new set for $5,000. Of course at 89-years old, she is a little hesitant to buy a new set. There was a previous incident when Dr. Morgan told my mom that one hearing aid was not working, yet she discovered that it was still functioning properly. I think that caused a little distrust. However, today she just wanted to talk to him about the possibility of adjusting one of the devices since she wasn't able to buy a new set. He simply refused to speak to my mom. She said he kept coming in and out of the front room to speak to his office administrator, but would not allow my mom to visit with him. My mom is small, as sweet as can be, and if I had been present, Dr. Morgan would have had another small woman, just a bit younger at 60 years old, but nearly as sweet at his response.
