Similar Thoughts
A person left a review from 2021 about feeling spoken down to like a kid and I felt the same way. It is tiresome to be spoken down to or not have my full experience taken into account. Every time I go in I feel like I am being told to get over it, being mansplained to or being told I am too emotional. It’s 2024 and time to stop assigning gender roles to emotions.

effrey is the kind of person who validates your thoughts, emotions, actions, and experiences. He is a strong communicator and asks you questions to ensure you are understanding the conversation. I felt safe and supported. I talked to Jeffrey about anything without the fear of being judged. I trust him and I highly recommend him to anyone willing to seek mental health.

The therapy that's being offered at this location may be a great option for families, couples, kids. However, I don't think they're very well equipped for adults with real life depression problems. I felt like I was talked to like a kid in there. It didn't feel like a very genuine nor comfortable therapy experience.
