Jeff was very thorough in his examination. he explained the things he was doing so i would know what was going on. he answered all my questions about the procedure i had gone through and detailed what to expect from this point on. I would definitely recommend this team for anyone needing an ENT doctor.

Both of my children have seen Jeffrey many times for ear infections, adenoids, tonsils, allergies, etc. He is the best! He is always on time, great at explaining what’s happening with my kid’s health, listens closely, and is very personable.

Mr Frederick is friendly and helped me understand my issue. I would certainly recommend him to anyone.

Each time I have been in to see Jeffrey, he has been very thorough in questions for me as well as in explaining what he is about to do, then explaining what he saw and found. He also explains why he is referring me and why he is referring me to a particular person or place. Each time he has had a student with him and he has explained to them and has let them see what he is seeing. I wish more doctors and instructors I have had over my lifetime had been so good about explaining what is going on in my body as he has been!

I had many major ear surgeries as a kid, so I’m complicated and it takes some delicate work to keep my ear healthy. But I’m always at ease with Jeff Frederick and know I’m in good hands. Can’t recommend a better PA than Jeff Frederick!
