Dr. Dougal is very thorough in his examinations and explanations on his finding to his patients. He and his staff are very friendly and treat patients respectfully. My sister has gone to him for eyecare for over 37 years and she recommends him to everyone. I visited him for the first time and enjoyed my experience.
