Jeffrey was professional, respectful, and confident. He also was thorough, explaining in detail what was going on and if I decided on going ahead with a suggested procedure, what the risks involved were. As an elderly lady, I appreciated his caring, kind manner. Jeffrey demonstrates many rare qualities not often found in today's society. Thank you, Jeffrey!
