Excellent Psychologist
Telehealth
Dr. Silberman helped to turn my life around. I went to see him when I was very down on myself, anxious and depressed. Although, I was not too trustworthy of speaking to someone. Dr. Silberman made me feel very comfortable with a relaxed personality, yet with the ability to show he cares and is there for you. He is 100% professional & he provided me with the tools to understand I deserve to be happy. Meeting with him has literal changed my life around. Recently, we decided, together, I may be able to use the skills he taught me on my own. I was hesitant to stop meeting with him at first, but he was very reassuring that if I needed or wanted to meet with him, he would be available for me anytime. Just this week, I reflected on my experience with Dr. Silberman and reached out to thank him again & to tell him how happy I am. This is the perfect time for me to share my experience and thoughts about him. If you need or want help, please give Dr. Silberman a call & meet with him.

Dr. Silberman has been my psychologist since 2003, and has been instrumental in helping me turn my life around. He is insightful and with a patient like me, quite... patient... for want of a better word.
