He is very good at being condescending. I have suffered debilitating chronic pain for over a decade. Not only did the Jeff completely disregard my own concerns, but tried to tell me the pain was in my head, or that doing "a pushup" would somehow fix it. I missed my 2nd appointment on accident, and the condescending voicemail he left reminded me why I don't want to go back. He suggested that other patients had chronic pain and that I had wasted their appointment slot. Sorry I'm not important.
