Fall
I was there over a week ago with pain in my upper arm and down the front of my arm He did a X-ray and said to let him know if it has gotten better. I am a 75 year old that fell helping my Mom. He gave me a cortisone shot. Didn't help one bit. I am still in pain all the time and find it hard to sleep at night. He said to wait 2 weeks. I am miserable....
