Desperately needs to retire
Overall a kind person, but has become a practitioner I cannot recommend. Unable to utilize basic patient portal features, prescribes medications without consideration for interactions, and medical knowledge is outdated.

This practitioner is incompetent and burnt out. She no long has the drive to provide quality services. She is also "lazy" for a lack of better words in regard to collaboration of care. She often is late, rushed and needs to retire.
