Extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. She "diagnosed" me with Aspergers and ADHD after an evaluation of about 15 minutes and despite the fact that I scored within the average range on attention tests. She then proceeded to tell me I was unemployable with a smirk on her face and snickered under her breath as I left her office.

Dr. Steward performed testing on my 6yo child for possible ADHD. After 2 hours of testing and no more than 5 minutes for her to review the results, she said the results were "so clear" that she didn't need the usual hours to synthesize all the information at hand. She proclaimed that my 1st grader had inattentive type ADHD, would be a C student and probably shouldn't go to college. A 6yo labeled by a doctor like this after 2 hours of testing is borderline malpractice.

Dr. Steward is friendly; however I feel her approach does not aid someone like myself. Steward is on the end of too nice and too accommodating with no real guidance on resolution. Dr. Steward is big on breathing exercises and meditation but that's where her skills end. I also felt disappointed because I told her my issues were increasing and I was having a hard time dealing with new stressors and to that, I never heard back from her again. I clearly was not cared for on a patient level.
