My elderly mom has had the quite opposite experience ever since becoming a new patient of Jeannette Groschel-Snead, APRN. Labs, rx refills, etc. have been easy to obtain, and my mom's treatment have been stellar.

It’s been a struggle to get medical attention from this facility since I started going here! They have no compassion for their patients. Please do not go there for medical help!!! Trudy will blow you off even when Ms Snead is out of the office they refuse to provide coverage for medical attention !!! Horrible Service!
