Therapist Noolee Kim & Jeanne Underwood explained what they would be doing to help me get my broken arm workable again. I needed to know what/how the procedure would be helpful in the outcome. They found out at the first appt. that I am full of Why's & Howcome. She really took the time to explain how the muscles,nerves had to be worked/exercised to get it back to working close to normal again.
