Terrible, tried to set up an appointment, then told she was booked up, then she was freed up, then set an appointment. Took the day off from work for the appointment that would have been overtime all day for me, just to have her not even show up to work. Waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes just for a lady to come out and say that she wasn't even there. Then she wanted to make up for it by moving someone else's appointment that they had. We just walked out and never even spoke to the women. If you need counseling, pick someone that knows how to keep their schedule straight.
