Jeanann and her entire team are simply incredible. They are responsive and professional. I have been seeing Jeanann for as long as she has had her practice and I trust her with all my ObGyn needs. She cares, she listens, understands the challenges women face in various stages of their lives and is always available. There are doctors I’ve gone to who have cared less about me as a person or patient. If you have an opportunity to see her, do it. She’s amazing

First of all, JeanAnn, the owner, is NOT a DOCTOR- She's a nurse practitioner. There is NO doctor on staff, for those who mention she is. I had an ear infection in November while at work. I told JeanAnn that I had an ear infection and asked if she could write a prescription for antibiotics, so I could stay. I put myself on her schedule for the day. She put the otoscope tool in my ear and confusingly looked around and stated that I was 'probably right'. It's now the end of February, more than 3 months later and she charged me a $365 bill out of spite because I no longer work for her. I worked here! I even had to fight to get money that she tried to jiff me from my last paycheck. I 've been refraining from even giving another thought about this sinking ship but the nurse wants every penny, apparently. Save yourself a headache and try another place. If you are a patient, make sure your bills are correct :)

The doctor was nice but the office smelled strongly of scented candles and other fragrances. I'm sensitive and won't be back for that reason alone. The doctor also had a doctor trainee with her in my appointment. I wasn't asked if it was okay, was just told she would be there. I felt uncomfortable as it was my first visit, so I didn't discuss everything I was there for. The appointment ended up being an expensive waste of money.

Very caring and beautiful office. The staff is polite, and the service is professional. They listen very well and really make you feel like they are a team with you in the process of your medical care. I recommend this office! JeanAnn is wonderful!!

I was referred to JeanAnn by my Oncologist. I have been a patient of her's for over 5 years now and cannot imagine going anywhere else. She has helped me through menopause since my surgery, and I can not say enough nice things about the quality of care I have received over these many years.

Jean Ann is sweet, soft spoken and angelic in her interactions with patients. She’s gone to great lengths to make her office very boutiquey and spa like. She treated me for 3 1/2 years then I too received a kiss off letter. If you cross her office manager, Rachel, you are in for a real treat. She has her medical asst delivery lab results via phone and her office manager making medical decisions. She had my thyroid and hormones at dangerous levels. Insurance practices questionable. Report to BON!

I just called Serenity to make a new patient appointment. The receptionist stated they had a 3:30 appointment available with a 3:00 check-in to fill out paperwork. I told her I had another appointment at Shea and 92nd street just prior and could be there at 3:05. I was REFUSED the appointment. I asked why that was not acceptable and they said it was a full schedule and it wouldn't work. I was confused how filling out paperwork 25 minutes prior to my appointme

Normally your annual visit is something every woman dreads. Its awkward and uncomfortable. JeanAnn makes it feel like you are visiting a spa. There is art on the walls instead of medical posters. You get a warm poncho and blankets instead of paper gowns. JeanAnn herself is like a fairy godmother (you'll know what I mean when you meet her). She makes you feel at ease and listens to all concerns with compassion.

JeanAnn is one of the sweetest, caring and most compassionate woman in the medical field I've ever met, until, because my boss messed up getting my h.s.a. acct set up right with a new payroll company..and I wasn't notified by her staff of this new problem happening..they dumped me as a patient by a kiss off letter (btw..after 2 major back surgeries in 2 weeks) I loved her and had been seeing her for many years..so I'm upset with how they dumped me...but I'm more heartbroken that we are now done!
