Very thorough and thoughtful.
I’ve been seeing Jean for several years now to monitor my Graves’ disease. The office is always very timely and efficient. Jean takes great care and takes her time with me. I am never rushed or feel like I’m not listened to. I highly recommend this office but most especially Jean Doan.

The provider does not listen. I explained many things I was feeling yet she wanted to rely solely on lab numbers. When a person does not have a thyroid you can't just go on what the numbers say. Thousands of dollars and other specialists later it all came back to mismanagement of my endocrine care. Now I'm 20 lbs lighter, less joint pain and not sleeping all day. And according to her that had nothing to do with my thyroid.
