I personally drive 30 minutes to see Mr. Soto because his service is excellent. He is very knowledgeable of all products and he can really recommend what will be best for you without ripping you off. He is very patient and has a bright personality. I personally see him for my hearing loss needs and I also take my mother to him, and the quality of service is truly exceptional when he deals with my (elderly mother), something is rare to see in today's age.

My 87 year old dad was getting the run around at the Bird Road office of HEAR USA. I witnessed on several occasions how they treated the elderly, and decided to take him to the Kendall office! What a difference.The staff was warm, friendly, and accommodating!! Jaysee was compasionate, patient and kind with my dad and worked with us until he found a solution, asking us to return the next day to follow up which he did with much success!Jaysee is a true professional! He takes his work seriously!
