Well, first off, I 'had' to get an X-ray before talking to anyone... Next, Jayce looked at some little survey that apparently has completely replaced reviewing patient information beforehand. Next I was informed that I had tendenitist and any previous diagnosis was just wrong... Finally, i was told based on the info I had provided just a few moments ago, I would not receive treatment from them.If that little survey was all he needed to say 'no', then the X-ray was completely unnecessary and their process is aimed at draining every last cent.

He made me feel as if I shouldn't be bothering him. What an a-hole.

I was referred to this provider for my primary care provider for a very painful thumb. I had had multiple x-rays and had persistent thumb pain for several months. No one could tell me what was wrong with my thumb. Within 15 minutes of speaking with him I had a definitive diagnosis. I had a trigger thumb!. He recommended injection for my problem and now it's been six months and my thumb is not bothering me!

I drove 30 miles to see this doctor because I had a large cyst on my left hand. Do to a wreck on the interstate I arrived 15 minutes late. The woman I spoke with said she talked to Dr Powell and he told her to reschedule me because I was too late! Do you believe that? How many minutes has everyone had to wait for the doctor even when they were on time! Woman at front desk was rude and could care less of my situation. I was extremely angry and left. Will definitely find a different doc.
