Bad C&P examiner
Jay Philippi (VES C&P examiner) ,literally took 6 minutes to ask generic questions. Did not address certain topics outlined in my claim. Pencil whipped this exam. Unprofessional and does not do right by the veteran. For my fellow vets , if you see this name request a change for your mental health exam.
