I use to have issues with my thoughts. Thoughts that lead to actions I was not proud of. With the help of Jason (he asked me to call him Jason), I was able to grab hold of my issues, pinpoint it's etiology and recognize the warning signs.

He uses a form of therapy that allows you to work on your weaknesses by building on your strengths. He challenges your growth by questioning conflict in your life. The relationship you form with Dr. Mayoette-Blum will be a reflection of what is going on within you.. The sessions can be intense or slow paced based on your preference. Regardless of the encounter you know that you are safe in an environment where you are not judged or shunned for expressing your feelings. I highly recommend him.
