I broke my wrist while hiking in Arizona and ended up at the Tucson Orthopedic Institute - East office clinic. This provider has an arrogant manner. He asked me questions while facing away from me, smirked when I could not hear his questions, talked over me when I tried to say I did not live in Arizona and was generally rude. Would NOT recommend.

Rude from the moment he walked in the room. Would not recommend

If I could I would give 0 Stars. I have never met a Doctor that does not answer your questions and in less than 5 minutes walks out telling you that you need to get a different doctor. He was so rude and didn't listen to any of my concerns or answered my questions. I am in pain and he just walked out aggravated didn't even attempt to help me. I paid for a full consult and got 5 minutes of him belittling me, acting upset and ultimately unprofessionally walking out without addressing my injury.

Excellent communicator and diagnostician. He listened carefully and provided sound advice.

TERRIBLE bedside manner! He had a diagnosis for my husband before entering the room, was very arrogant, acted like we were wasting his time. Told my husband he had arthritis in his low back and would “never be the same”. When I asked questions about his prescribed method of treatment he was annoyed and repeated his instructions slower. I asked about pain meds, he treated us like we were drug addicts. Turns out his diagnosis was wrong and my husband has a herniated disc. I’d like our copay back!

when he was with banner, he was great. banner is a terrible hospital, and he certainly made my experience easier. I had two knee surgeries and he was my PA for both. He was very attentive, seemed to make great sound judgment which the doctor never corrected him regarding me, and excellent with pain management.
