Nice guy, good listener. But to a fault. You’ll be sitting in alward silence for about 5 minutes after you explain to him what’s going on. Never felt like I was getting good back and forth communication. He also tried to have me pay the full cancellation fee and would not even take the time to work with me, as I had proof I joined the session before the deadline OUTLINED on the website. Theiveworls support was able to refund me - but Jason was completely unhelpful during this process. Much better, and personable therapists on this app.
