Telehealth
I worked with Dr. Angel for several years. He had a transformative impact on my OCD, depression, and even chronic pain. I knew from day one that working with him was categorically different than any other therapy experience I’d had before: he is direct, empowering, compassionate, and highly effective. Seeing him was the first time I took notes in therapy, he’s that good. My self-esteem, career, and relationships are all in the best shape of my life because of him, and one of the biggest shifts from our work has been increased equanimity and ease in my psyche and life overall. Run, don’t walk, if he has room in his practice to see you.
