Rude and uncaring. He did not care that I was the only customer/patient waiting, and told me that I'd have to wait while they filled the requests on an on-arrival basis. When I complained after waiting 10 minutes, he expressed no concern, the asked me to leave after I displayed my dissatisfaction.
