My husband visited last week and I have never been in an office with someone so rude and uncaring. My husband is who is a Vietnam Veteran with severe PTSD was made to feel worse than before he visited. He was treated like a child, she didn't want to listen when he tried to talk and was told "I'm only here for your medication" she has zero respect for our Veterans and doesn't seem to care if she helped or not. Unfortunately, this visit was mandatory for PTSD treatment or we would not have stayed.
