Janina Hasbun, ARNP

I recently had a telemedicine appointment with Janina Hasbun, and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. First, there were significant technical issues that delayed the start of our session. When we finally connected, I felt that the consultation was rushed and lacked the thoroughness I expected. Janina seemed distracted and did not take the time to listen to my concerns fully.Additionally, the advice given felt generic and not tailored to my specific situation. I left the appointment feeling more confused than when I started, and my health concerns were not adequately addressed. I was hoping for a supportive and informative experience, but it fell short. I would not recommend her for telemedicine consultations based on my experience.'

This provider is on the Dr-On-Demand platform. I was very sick and joined a visit with Janina Hasburn. She asked me one question then immediately said she didnt like my tone and hung up on me. I was in utter shock. Im sick and in pain and this person I came to for care was bothered by my discomfort and left me without treatment. I dont see how this follows the oath to do no harm and prioritize patient care. I recommend avoiding this person.

Nursing Practitioner Hasbun is excellent!! I went in to see her for the first time and was pleasantly shocked by her caring demeanor. She made sure to address my medical issues and provided additional information on how I needed to step up regarding my health. I’ve seen doctors for years that aren’t as knowledgeable as she is.
