Knowledgeable, lovely and put my mind at eade!
I am an extremely nervous patient who has canceled this simple elective surgery to have a growth removed from my knee many times before. I finally went for the pre -op testing where I met Janet today. Janet convinced me to go ahead with this minor procedure , letting me know what to expect by explaining everything to me and truly putting my mind at ease . She was attentive and kind. Just what I needed !
