Janet Thompson - Very Rude- Very Dismissive
Janet Thompson was a temp fill in for my Regular Telehealth APRN.. This appointment was set weeks before to review results of lab work.. Janet Thompson told me she could not find my labs and that I would need to wait for my Regular APRN to discuss the results of the labs.. I informed Janet Thompson that she could access the labs online as I have.. she told me that was not part of her job to advocate on my behalf and would be ending the Telehealth visit due to her caseload.. I expressed to Janet Thompson I felt she was being Very Rude- Very Dismissive She responded with- any concerns should be taken up with my Regular Telehealth APRN.. and hung up on me .
