Janet Kempf

I saw Janet at central clinic in Cincinnati Ohio. She was the first and only person in her field I ever opened up to. When she left I got a card with her reminder for me to remember "I am not what I come from" brought tears to my eyes. As a 44 year old big burly man that no easy task. Wish she still accepted my insurance because I've not seen anyone else since. PTSD sucks!

Janet has truly changed my life for the better. All of my past therapists don't even come close to comparing. She's quite motherly, and actually wants to talk through things with you to help you grow and begin self discovery. I'm very surprised no one has left a review here for her yet. I've been at the same place for therapy for quite awhile, about 4.5 years. I've had 4 psychologists thru a residency program and all of my other psychologists would just make small talk with me. Which I never really thought about. From day one with Janet it was different. I didn't even know I had so much that needed talking about. Her wisdom, soft spokeness, and general calm aura (sp.?) is so inviting, non judgemental and just overwhelmingly comforting. I'm scared for her to go because I know that my next therapist has impossibly big shoes to fill. I just know I'll wind up disappointed and my progress will come right back to a sudden halt. Wish I could stay on her case load forever. But as is life. ¤?¤M
