Dr. Janet Johnson, MD

If you relocate and take your child to another pediatrician, you will have a particularly hard time getting your child’s records. She refused to send the records to the new doctor although we signed a release. She told the new doctors office that this issue was between her and the parents and that we needed to come in and pay for our child’s records. We live an hour away and we are in a pandemic and she is refusing to send records to the new doctor. Beware!

Dr. Johnson has been the pediatrician for my 20 yo since his birth. She now also sees my 14 yo. She's a caring pediatrician and works well with all kids. She always explains everything in detail and doesn't hold back when she has to have hard conversations. She's a good doctor though I worry she's overworked because she cares about all kids.

I have been with Dr. Johnson for about 5 years, well I was younger and didn't really cared about the time and care a doctor gives you, until I got older . Now that am aware of that, I will say that I wish Dr. Johnson spent more time with her patients and spend more time explaining to her patients. Almost everyday I plea to my parents to change to another Dr. I love Dr. Johnson, but I just wish she did things differently. When I leave her office I shouldn't have no doubts or stoll have questions.
