Well, unfortunately Janet is more concerned about money than anything else. She kept bugging me to put my credit card on file. And when I cancelled an appointment at 9:00 am in the morning for a 5 pm appt via text, she didn’t even give me the courtesy of reminding me about her 24 hour policy. Then without even sending me a bill or notification, she charged my credit card $175.00!!! Wow!! She lost a client. Too bad. I guess the 175.00 is worth it to her.
