Janet has been my therapist for some time now and words can't express how grateful I am to have her in my corner! She is incredibly skilled at what she does and always offers me insights and wisdom that are so valuable to me. She has taught me different coping skills and we've used EFT and EMDR, both of which made a huge difference in releasing trauma from my body. I can't recommend her highly enough. I used to work with her in person before the pandemic, and I was so relieved that telehealth has worked for our sessions so easily. It suits my schedule and her presence is felt just as easily as in person so much so that I prefer this method now. If you are looking for a grounded, kind, well rounded therapist, look no further.
