Janet Cradic, FNP

I took my ten year old daughter to the urgent care and ended up with Janet Cradic as our NP. The assistantnurse that took our information was very sweet and did a great job but the Cradic did not! The nurse ordered urinalysis to rule out whether she was also developing a UTI because we were there to address and confirm yeast infection in my underage daughter who had also never had a pelvic exam. Cradic tried to make us go after only ruling out UTI, wasn’t even going to help with what I came for. Ordered my daughter to “pull her pants down”, I had to make her leave the room to get the sheet that’s standardly used for this and then, she wouldn’t even leave the room for her to undress. I will forever be sickened by this situation. It was extremely upsetting to my ten year old. She does not need to be allowed to care for people in this way. Plant reach out to her superior and make them aware.

FNP Cradic seemed to be a hurry at 7 PM on a Friday night. She was hard to understand with her wearing a mask and se seemed to be hard of hearing also. If you have the choice ask for another provider.

My experience with this NP at Ballad Urgent Care was awful. The exam was very rushed. She tried to intimidate me just for asking questions. I did not want any narcotics for my injury, just a few days off work to recover and she was not helpful or understanding. After pushing for it she finally wrote a Dr. Note, but her and the staff were very rude to me afterwards. Mrs. Cradic does not show any care or compassion towards veterans and I will not ever come back here again!

Would not recommend. She provided very little explanation and I had to constantly ask questions to get any information. She was not friendly and did not seem very knowledgeable, having to pull in someone else for a second opinion. Very poor patient engagement.

We left the urgent care with little information and refusal to address all the reasons I came. Severe yeast infection on top of skin. She refused to look at wound to see if yeast infection had spread in vicinity. Not patient friendly or professional.
