I love Janel Stalder, she is most informative and more thorough and knowledgable than several doctors I've been to. I've never had a problem and would recommend her to anyone, anytime. It's only been recently that I've run into some communication problems with staff and getting refills. Hopefully, that will improve as I've no complaints and very happy she is my primary physician (APRN). Her resume is most impressive!

My Husband is a patient at the clinic. NP Stalder is a thorough & caring Practitioner. Has a wealth of Specialists she can refer Patients to when necessary. She’s aware of pharmaceutical costs-I’ve never found that a high priority in most providers. Negative reviews are often written by non compliant Patients. You must be an active participant in your own healthcare. No Dr can do that for you. We are in their debt for their care of my Husband.

Horrible. Office is loaded with unprofessional people all the way around. They rarely answer the phone, and if you leave a message, you have to call back to see why they haven't returned your call. Go anywhere but here. Extremely incompetent

They NEVER answer the phone. You must leave a message (or 2 or 3) but often do not get a call back. Getting prescriptions called in can be a nightmare. Lab results? Forget about it!
