Skilled & Honest Mental Health Professional
I've generally had a hard time opening up to anyone since childhood due to family trauma/dysfunction, PTSD, anxiety, and hyper-vigilance, but I knew I needed help from a professional. I spent a good amount of time researching the right therapist online to find someone whom I felt I could learn to trust. For me, that was Jane Williamson. When I sent my initial email asking for information, she offered to call me almost immediately so we could meet on the phone and see if we'd be a good fit. I'm glad she and I both agreed to move forward. Throughout every therapy session, Jane exudes warmth, kindness, and support which makes me feel seen, heard, and valued. I have never once felt any judgment from her. Her intelligence and level of expertise really come out in the inspired, tailored questions she asks, because they're carefully crafted to take you on a journey inside the heart and mind, seeking the truth of the matter being discussed.
