I am over 65, she appeared to be very nice and friendly. However was not notified of my test results until 2 months later. When they called the person on the phone didn't seem knowledgeable when I asked questions. I later went into my Chart and requested to speak with the dr for some questions I had concerning the results. When I left the message it stated it would take 24 to 48 hrs to hear back. A week later I called the office they resent my message and a week later I called Southwest and instructed what was happening and they also resent the message and I still have not heard anything from her or her office either my message or a call. Would not recommend for woman over 60 at this point.

I was out of pocket bad mental confusion day. She did what was best for me and what was right. I'm sorry she has to deal with big emotions just know....I know I was wrong and you were right .... genuinely sorry for over my overreaction l. Bad week

First time visit with Jane, nurse practitioner today 10/23/2020 and I gave her and her team 5 STAR. Excellent service, very professional. Explained everything to me in detail and I was examined thoroughly in a very respectful and professional manner from the time I entered the office to the end of my visit.

It was my first experience with Jane, I needed test and consultation, she was going out from the office for a long time, then she came back I felt like she’s in a hurry, barely listened to my symptoms and complains, I asked her to recommend me some symptoms relief before they will get my results, she seemd like she’s running away barely listening, she said she will send a prescription but in wallgreens and never got anything, had to pick medicine myself

I made an appointment specifically with this doctors office to be able to refill my prescription for a diaphragm. They were aware I was coming in for a diaphragm refill. After waiting two weeks for my appointment the doctor seemed more interested in talking about hormone replacement therapy I reminded her I was there for a refill for diaphragm. She said office. Long story short just got off the phone with them three weeks after my appt they can't order it. told me to go to another office

Excellent nurse practitioner. Gave detailed explanations of my treatment options including side effects. Professional and attentive. Listened to my questions and took time to explain. Highly recommended!

So grateful to Dr. Trevorah for finding a lump in my breast which turned out to be cancer. She was extremely quick about skipping passed the regular mammogram and sending me for a diagnostic exam instead. She took her time with me and followed up on the tumor in my breast. I have had nothing but good experiences with her. I also had another issue which required more tests which I was glad for since it put me at ease when the results were negative. she really listened when I talked.....

I do NOT recommend Jane Trevorah to anyone! She said im pregnant & sent me to get blood work but she did not send me to get a 2nd set of blood work to determine if its a viable pregnancy & to see if my hormone levels increased/doubled. I spent 2 weeks thinking im pregnant & ended up having a miscarriage because she failed to let me know i had to take a second set of blood work to verify the pregnancy was viable. She also failed to inform me i need to take a medication that i needed. HORRIBLE!!!!
