Jane was very patient, thorough and personable. She didn't make me feel rushed at all and took the time to explain everything. She treated me kindly and respectfully. I can't express how much I appreciated how helpful and caring she was.

Jane Goodrich wrote a prescription for my acne. 2 creams my insurance refused to cover. She actually called me personally to explain the situation and promised to write a letter that might change my insurance co's decision. I appreciate her knowledge, expertise and for going above and beyond what most doctors would do these days. If you need a dermatologist, please see her first and stay away from Dr Lovett. He's terrible.

Jane Goodrich is amazing at what she does. She listens, advices and helps set a plan to fix your issues. She doesn't rush you so that she can get to the next patient. She seems to truly care. The moment she walked in the room I knew I could trust her.
