Bedside manner is HORRIBLE

My daughter drove down from Chicago to see Dr. Wahlen because she was worried about hearing loss and horrible tinnitus that she had been having. Dr. Whalen had zero communication with my daughter. She did a hearing test (still didn’t speak to her) and after that was done she said, “You are done. You don’t have hearing loss.” And that was it. Her appointment was done. She never sat to talk to her about what was going on with her. Didn’t address any of her concerns. Didn’t communicate at all. I didn’t want to even give her ONE star. I would not recommend her at all. Very very disappointing.
