Annual blood work/check-up. Jamie, used to give a hug when she came in ... can’t happen now, due Corona. ?? Jamie is a very good listener and has a solution/game plan, for when you leave. Having the lab right there is so convenient ... one stop shop! ??

The tele-health visit was very convenient and interesting. The only suggestion would be to give a heads up to have info ready when the session begins. We have a nurse in the family, thus I have a bp monitor, scale and thermometer on hand. I can see some difficulty for anyone without access to these items. And again, thank you.

A health program that actually listens and takes time to explain issues. Jamie Leopold is more than a person, but a team of health care people including nurses, assistants, schedulers, etc that combine to provide a well rounded, caring environment. After years of looking for a reliable health care professional, I finally found this health care team the talks to me, instead of a computer; that listens to my issues rather than dismiss my health indicators as inconsequential. Equally important, the team follows up with information that allows me to make rational decisions about my health care.

This was a follow up visit. Even though Dr. Fisher is my primary physician; Jaime is just as caring, appears to be very knowledgeable, and definitely personable. I have been with this office over 10 years, No complaints. Jamie is so down to earth and genuine, I never feel like a number or just another patient. I feel like me! I feel like I'm talking to a friend, someone who cares enough to listen. And takes into consideration my feelings, concerns, questions or doubts. She can tell when I sad or when I'm happy, and knows when I need a hug of support. She don't rush you, even though she may be behind. Whether it is she or Dr Fisher...neither one rushes you out of the office. These are excellent ladies who cares about you the person. Love this group. I've even sent flowers to them because they are so awesome; and I wanted them to know I appreciate all they do.
