After the unexpected loss of my brother, I experienced much anxiety and depression resulting in overall unease and agitation that were negatively influencing the remaining relationships in my life. Meeting regularly with Jamie provided me with a welcoming space to sort through the emotions as I learned to cope with the loss. Jamie gave me the tools to manage those emotions and to regain some sense of control over my own life. She runs the entirety of her own private practice, will work with you to determine if insurance will cover a portion of her services, and genuinely cares for your well-being. She offers a spiritual/religious approach if interested, though after our first meeting when I stated that I was not I never felt pressured to do so. Jamie is an amazing therapist! She also offers a Christian approach if desired but not pushed. She has helped me recover on personal issues that 2 other therapist couldnt!! Im finally on the way to healing thanks to her. She is kind , considerate, respectful and does not judge. I am a female in my 30s. Highly recommend her. She offers practical, useful advice.
