Disappointed & not worth seeing
Telehealth
I was a patient and only did 2 sessions. During those sessions, I often felt dismissed and unheard. Additionally, appointments frequently were frustrating, which made it difficult for me to trust the therapeutic process. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I hope she considers being more punctual and attentive to patient concerns instead of just focusing more on the job and the money. Unfortunately there’s no other way to give her a review so she can understand but to put it on here.

For basic mental health concerns or for certain people, Jamie Brass might be great, but I didn't have a good experience with her. I was referred to her with the goal of being evaluated for ADHD, and only met with her once. Early in that appointment, I very briefly mentioned anxiety as something I've experienced and, though I'm sure I miscommunicated a little bit throughout the time, I feel like she really took and ran with that, instead of focusing on what I was there for. We spent pretty much the entire time talking about the very basics of anxiety management, which I don't struggle with to a great extent, and only barely glossed over anything ADHD-related. One of the biggest reasons I felt disappointed with how it all went was that I felt like I was being talked down to almost the entire time, and like she maybe didn't believe the ways I felt my experiences could be ADHD-related. I left the appointment feeling frustrated and more confused and chose to seek further help elsewhere.

She has relocated her practice to Murray Utah. I only met with Jamie E Brass once. She was cold and distant. Constantly watched the clock adding she was not interested in information that was pertinent to the visit. I eventually quit opening up to her as her attitude was frightfully unprofessional. She seemed to be following an outline rather than listening to what was being conveyed.
