James needs to learn basic social skills and etiquette. He was short, interrupted me multiple times, and not through. If I ever treated a client that way in my industry, I would be fired on the spot.

It would be beneficial for James to learn basic social skills that most people exhibit. If I ever treated one of my clients that way, I’d be fired on the spot. It’s unfortunate that doctors and PAs are arrogant and it gives the field a bad rap. He was very short, interrupted me multiple times, and was not through regarding my concerns. Will be going elsewhere.

I came with Xrays and a lot of questions regarding a back injury. Mr. Vreeland confirmed what I already knew from reading the radiology report, and said I could get injections for pain if I wanted. I said I didn't want pain shots, I wanted information: Were there activities I shouldn't do? Was there anything I ought to be doing that I wasn't? His answers were all deflective: "You'll have to ask your physical therapist," "You'll have to ask your PCP," "That's your personal decision," and so on. He implied that all they do is give injections and make referrals. In addition, he was brusque and showed no interest in understanding my injury - he cut me off and tried to hurry me along. Sadly, this office visit was a waste of time and money.

Mr Vreeland was kind nad gentle wheile treating my daughter. He explained everything we had questions about and encouraged us to contact the office at any time if we need anything between now and her next appointment. He seems to genuinely care about his patients.

Agree with other reviewer, bedside skills and patient compassion and understanding are lacking. Did not explain things well or address all symptoms. Slapped a label on me and he was done.

Rude and obnoxious, terrible all-knowing and better-than-thou attitude. Does not listen, constantly interrupts when I’m trying to explain my needs. Please send this man back to school to learn better bedside manner!
