I began seeing Jim Trenchard due to chronic medical problems that cause emotional and financial stress, to move on from chronic traumas and to learn how to apply my strengths to live my best life! Tbh, I was hesitant at the concept of building a strong and trusting relationship with a male psychotherapist. Jim Trenchard have guided me in into making significant changes/growth in my reactions to everyday struggles! He has fantastic handouts! If you want to learn about how you arrived where you are today, and if you aspire to make a better present day life, I wholeheartedly recommend James (Jim) Trenchard.

James double booked my son's appointment, then turned us away because the other client was already there, even though Jim made the appointment with us first. The last appointment we had scheduled, Jim didn't even bother showing up, he wasn't at the office and didn't answer his phone. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. In addition to this, he was not very helpful to my son in any way.

I would recommend this experienced counselor to my family, friends and acquaintances. He is extremely knowable in his field. He will tell you what you need to know and will help you figure out a solution. Highly recommended.
