In 2009 I had a lower back injury at work. While treated by James, he not only got me moving, functioning & back to work within 2 months, he also took the time to teach me strength & resistance exercises. Ultimately getting me into the best shape of my life. James progressed into teaching me preventive measures & helped me reach 100% recovery. In 2013 I was rearended, suffering from whiplash, back & spine injures. James is a life changer, he again took the time to get me too 100% recovery.

I have been all over the peninsula for PT and this is my favorite place! The staff and treatments are amazing! They really listen and work with you as an individual, not just putting you through a program.
