I saw Mr. Spaw for the first time on Monday. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me advice on how to prevent future ear infections. He willingly explained the difference to me as to why sometimes antibiotics are prescribed for ear infections over drops. I felt he was approachable. He doesn't overstep and focuses on the issue you are being seen for.
