Very disappointed
He was irritated and stormed out of the room when my aunt said she couldn’t afford another contract plan for a THIRD year in a row. I lost all respect for him. I spent thousands of dollars here and so did my aunt.

Always busy, could not fix my issue
2x at 6 months he told me there was nothing he could do for my low back. I went to someone else and was fixed in 3 sessions. They also built my contract on 28 appointments and only scheduled 25. When I wanted to stop my contract, they are still trying to hold me to the 28, plus services I did not receive, and now threatens to turn me over to collections. I love my new chiropractor!!

Same day
Messaged the office to let them know I was in pain from a gym injury. I’ve been a patient since October 2022 - they had an appointment ready for me the same day, only a few hours out . Came in , was adjusted and looking fwd to waking up tomorrow & feeling relief. This team has always been great. Even though I have had inconsistencies with my appointments they remain consistent and available.

I was experiencing terrible vertigo and had been through every test that Johns Hopkins could administer. Dr. Roeder approached me at church and asked if he could help. Actually he said, "My office tomorrow morning!" He treated the vertigo and I have been a loyal patient for many, many years since.

In 2018, Jamie Roeder injured my low back. I went to him 2 years ago for mild discomfort in mid back. Never had any problem w/ low back but he aggressively manipulated my pelvis w/ a drop table technique maybe 6 times in 2-3 months.I ended up noticing some right sacral numbness. I told him about it & he told me to come in.Well, he ended up adjusting the pelvis in question, AGAIN! despite me JUST telling him about my numbness there!! Long story short, I stopped going, My doctor DX me w/ sacroiliitis. Didn’t take long b4 BOTH sides were effected w/ pain, burning, aching, & numbness. After many months of stretching, exercise, PT, & prayer, about 1 year later I finally had some consistent pain relief...Additionally, this guy does radiographs on site with VERY LITTLE TO NO Radiography education as a chiropractor. He DID NOT EVEN USE A PROTECTIVE VEST FOR THE RADIATION! He also had a bad bedside manner & didn’t answer my questions. I’m only telling u this so no one else get injured!! Thx

Saw this advertised for $29 assessment with xrays and nerve scans and needed to change chiropractor bc I moved jobs so was interested. Got signed up into a mega expensive payment plan that I will be paying off for a year and saw no results. The imaging is cool but the doctor barely speaks a word to you. It is operated like a factory and every time I would try to talk to him to ask questions or explain things he would barely respond. Zero ability to gain rapport. He only uses activator tool and does not do manipulations or dry needling or PT like other chiros I have been to. Been to four bc I have moved cities a bunch and this one is a quack. Felt like a religious cult. Played Christian music in office and had forms asking how he can pray for you on there which I find highly inappropriate for a medical field as someone else who is a licensed professional in the medical field. It was on treatment plan to go to dinner with the doc — another cult like feeling.
