I wish I could give negative starts as Jim, appears from my perspective to be unsympathetic of clients situations and issues. I have personally experienced some unethical and discriminatory comments from Jim.

It appears from my end of things as a client, Jim is unsympathetic and uncaring. I say this due having him say some things that can be considered unethical. He is continuously rescheduling appointments or cancelling them. He does not explain your conditions to you and when you ask he beats around the bush.

Jim has discriminated against me due to my gender identity. He so happens to be the program manager and has informed me that the only reason he continues to allow me in the program is because if he doesn't he could be fired. He has mentioned to me that since I am trans, I am unnatural and that I need to be the gender I was born. He does not respect me for my gender identity nor does he allow me to have a case manager that will help me best with my mental illness as well as my gender identity

Jim may be the program manager but he is extremely disrespectful of clients & its obvious that he has favorites. It seems like he doesn't understand the need of the clients or the need of the employees he oversees. He allows some clients to get away with crap while other get kicked out for a few days for no reason at all. He also would not allow me to have a clinician that identifies in LGBTQ+ community for reasons he would rather not discuss with me. Now I have a clinician I don't connect with

Refused to let me have a female case manager. Told me if I wanted to have a female case manager that changing mental health agencies would be the best bet. Jim, doesn't take us clients seriously when we put in a grievance.
