Went to urgent care today because my knee is the size of a plum and extremely painful due to a crash on my quad, this is the worst experience I've ever experienced, JAMES MUNTZ "RANDY" saw me for 2 minutes then an xray not a single question about the accident or my swollen leg and knee, rude, condescending and basicly said there was nothing wrong with me in his opinion told me to go to an emergency room if i wanted any more help,,, horrible person to have as a urgent care "physician assistant ", if he walks in your room do yourself a favor and ask him to leave, i will be filing a complaint

Condescending, rude; we waited two hours and he only saw me for 45 seconds. Literally. He had NO clue how pharmacy referrals work, so thanks to this jerk the bronchitis is coming back because I lost the antibiotics and he refused to replace them. I’ll probably land in the hospital from this for the third time in my short 22 years. But I suppose it might be somewhat my fault for thinking a one-star clinic would have better than one-star doctors. I’d give negative stars if I could.
